I booked ahead thinking it would save us time, but we still ended up waiting forever while several empty tables just sat there. It was really frustrating and made the reservation feel meaningless. I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least an apology for the wasted time.

Ordering was simple enough, which was nice, and the food did show up warm—so credit where it’s due, they managed that part better than the delivery timing. It took longer than the estimate, though, which was a bit annoying.

Went here with a bunch of friends and it worked out really well. The tables had enough room for all of us, and the food came out quickly. It was a little loud, but that kind of added to the "fun" vibe.

There were lots of options on the menu, and I liked that I could just change mine the way I wanted without any hassle.

Overall, solid setup and everything worked well, just wish we had a little more room to breathe.

I asked about allergens before ordering and the answers I got were really hesitant, which didn’t make me feel confident at all. I tried following up for clarity, but it kind of turned into this annoying support loop where nobody seemed to give a straight answer or take ownership. With my allergy, I just didn’t feel safe eating there, so I ended up leaving frustrated. Really wish they had a better process for handling this.

I was expecting a little more from the sauce bar, but it was disappointing. There wasn’t much sauces to choose from, and the ones I tried were mostly bland. It just didn’t feel like a fun part of the meal like I thought it would.

The portions were definitely big and the price felt fair, so I can’t really complain about that. I got full easily, which was nice. But the sides were kind of disappointing and that stuck with me more than anything. If those had been better, I probably would’ve enjoyed the meal a lot more...

The food itself was okay, but the takeout packaging was disappointing. The soup leaked in the bag, the containers felt flimsy, and I had to wipe everything down before I could even eat. What made it more annoying was dealing with the automated ordering updates and pickup system like I was supposed to just accept it and move on. For the price, I expected the food to be packed with a little more care.

The service was just kind of slow, like we were waiting around more than expected. It wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it definitely put me off. I probably wouldn’t come back

I ordered the medium spicy and, i was pleasantly surprised that it was actually medium — not bland, but not painfully hot either. The flavor was really good too. I just wish the soup hadn’t been so salty, because otherwise I probably would’ve given it the full stars.

The place was definitely clean, so that was a good thing. But for some reason the vibe just felt kind of dull to me, maybe because it was too clean or just didn’t have much going on. It wasn’t bad, just not really a place that felt fun or memorable...

I usually go on Tasty Pot USA to see if there are any promos before I place an order. Sometimes I do find a decent deal, but other times something feels off because it’s not always clear what the promo actually applies to or when it ends.

The loyalty rewards are fine, and I’ve picked up some points here and there, but the whole thing feels slower than I expected. I wish the rewards section was laid out in a simpler way so I didn’t have to second-guess what I’m earning or how to use it.

Overall, it’s not a bad site, just kind of average. I still check it before ordering, but I don’t always walk away feeling like the promos made much of a difference.

I really wanted to like this spot, especially because I was in the mood for Taiwanese hot pot and had been thinking about it since lunch. The place looked nice enough, and I liked the little sauce station setup, but the broth just didn’t hit for me. It tasted kind of Americanized, a little flat and weirdly sweet, almost like it was missing the depth I was expecting.

Maybe if you haven’t had the real thing, you’d enjoy it more, but I kept comparing it to hot pot I’ve had before and it fell short. I even saved room for it instead of getting boba next door, so that probably made me more disappointed.

I tried tastypotusa.com because I was really hoping for a comforting, flavorful broth, especially after a mentally draining day, but it just didn’t hit. The broth tasted flat to me, almost watery, and I had to add a lot of sauce just to get some flavor out of it. I also expected more broth options, but the variety felt limited and kind of boring overall. Not terrible, just not something I’d be excited to order again
